**Postage Policy for Tech Fusion Products**

Thank you for choosing Tech Fusion Prints. We want to ensure a smooth and efficient postage process for your orders. Please review our postage policy below:

**1. Dispatch Time:**
- We strive to dispatch orders within 3 business days after receiving cleared payment. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
- A quicker turnaround time might be feasible, depending on the current workload. If you have an urgent requirement, please contact me, and I will guide you on the available
options. Please note that a nominal fee will apply for any priority turnaround requests in addition to the increased postal cost.

**2. Shipping Partners:**
- We primarily use Royal Mail for our shipping needs, providing reliable and efficient service.
- Additionally, for certain items or expedited shipping, we may utilise the services of Evri, a trusted logistics partner.

**3. Postage Costs:**
- Basic postage costs are covered by Tech Fusion Prints.
- Expedited postage options are available at an extra cost.

**4. Shipping Methods:**
- Standard Shipping: Our default shipping method is Royal Mail Tracked 48 or, for smaller packages, Royal Mail First Class - Large Letter & Royal Mail Second Class - Large Letter.
- Expedited Shipping: Our two expedited shipping methods are Royal Mail Tracked 24 & Royal Mail Special Delivery (Before 1 pm).

**5. Tracking and Insurance:**
- All orders shipped through the Royal Mail Tracked 24, Tracked 48 and Special Delivery include basic tracking information.

**6. International Shipping:**
- We currently do not offer shipping outside of the UK.

**7. Dispatch Notifications:**
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with tracking information if applicable.

**8. Address Accuracy:**
- It is the buyer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. We will not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

**9. Shipping Delays:**
- While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, please note that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, holidays, or postal service issues.
