**3. Return Shipping:**
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.

**4. Refund Process:**
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its receipt.
- If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement item, please follow the return process, and then place a new order.
